Do i need a h.i.d. conversion kit or just the bulbs

i have a 1996 honda civic and i was wondering if i need the whole h.i.d conversion kit or if i can just by the bulbs..somebody help

Depends on how bright you want them to be.

An HID kit will be brightest and look the best but cost bout 150 more

The bulbs are a quick fix but from my experience burn out quick.

You need a kit.

All the cheap HID on ebay are just colored halogen bulbs.
