Do i need a highschool/uni diploma for work visa in dubai even though im qualified for the job ?

I got a job offer from my company transferring from Austria to Dubai. So even though the company is arranging the work visa/residency , I'm curious to know if I really need a highschool diploma to get the visa even though I'm qualified for the job.
