  1. Are you looking for a place to go that does not require your parents consent...is that the point here?  I don't know about Cuban laws on this...but I don't know about British laws either.  Is it actually legal for a 26 year old man to take a 17 year old girl out of the country without the parents permission?  THAT could be a legal problem...it would definetly be a problem in the U.S.

  2. I believe the minimum age is 18 however it would most likely not be a problem going to the clubs and getting served.  Obviously redsox didn't see that you are from the U. K.   As a minor you should have a letter of permission. No point in going 5,000 miles only to have a problem so be sure to get letters of consent.

  3. If you are from the US then you need more than a letter to go to Cuba no matter how old you are.  You need to get something from the Government saying you can go or something like that.  If you are from the US not everyone can just go to Cuba.

Go here and you can get more information.

To the person below me, good point I did not even think of the age thing.  Ya you want to check the age thing because I don't think a 26 year old should be taking a 17 year old out of the country without parents permission.
