My family owns a waerunner, and everybody can ride it. I live lin south florida(near miami). All you need a the registration of the PWC. lol, here, nobidy has a watercraft licence.

you need a boaters safety liscence  and in michigan you have to be 14 years old

in my area..Potomac river you need to take boat safely course. check with  you local water authority.

No, but you need to be old enough and wear a lifejacket at all times while driving it.

it depends what state you are in I live in Wisconsin and i took a boater safety course and I don't have a drivers license but i have a boating license and i could dirive any watercraft because it is not a moterived vechile techainaly it is a watercraft.You can be 13 and able to drive a boat or jet ski by your self
