  1. No you do not need one as it is a US Territory (along with Guam) ... if you do want to get a passport (as someone else mentioned) this site is pretty helpful ... http://bit.ly/2e8j5S

  2. No passport needed since Puerto Rico is a US territory.  I went on a cruise out of Puerto Rico last year; we flew from NC to Puerto Rico and back and didn't need a passport.  We did not even need to go through customs and immigration before we boarded the plane in PR or when we got back to the US.

  3. no just a valid ID

  4. No, Puerto Rico is a US territory.  No passport needed.

  5. i would your still leaving the u.s. just to make it safe i would go get one

  6. If you are an USA citizen, traveling from anywhere in the USA to PR, without making a stop in another country, you do not need a passport.  PR is an USA territory, flights between USA and PR are domestic flights.

Until Homeland Security or other agency with authority over the issue changes the rules for domestic travel you only need a valid ID with photo, like an state drivers license or Armed Forces ID card.
