i live in Milton New York and i need to know if im allowed to have a pony on my property. Or do i need a permit!?

    if you're zoned agriculture then no, otherwise yes you need special permission

  4. this is determined by zoning ordinances.  If you are within city limits, you would need to apply for a zoning variance.

    If you are unincorporated, or rural, then it depends on your zoning.  Agricultural zoning always allows horses, and most farm zoning does.  You would contact the county zoning division to inquire.
