Do i need a phone card to call uruguay?! please help?

i live in seattle;washington . and my best friend moved to uruguay . for me to call her;will i need a phone card ? will she need a phonecard?

you wont NEED a phone card... but it would probably save you a lot of money...

if you have international calling on your phone you should be fine..  calling card might be cheaper though.. check with your phone company

i think you dont need it but if you have intenational call you can call but it will cost money. i am uruguayan and call there all the time

well, I'm living in Uruguay at the moment and if you use a phone card you will save loads of money, but you dont need to use it. You can call her without a phonecard.
