Do i need a rooting solution to help grapevine cuttings root?

Any advice on help these plants roots...i have concord,pinot noir, and one other kind of cutting.

I never found it to be a must with grape canes, but it wouldn't hurt. It will give you more consistent results. Just be sure to follow the directions and use rubber gloves when handling the stuff. I prefer the powder over the gel or "solution". The stuff that you find off the shelf at the nursery or home center should be fine.
