i have just purchased a set of cdj1000mk3s and a behringer ddm4000 digital mixer. at the moment im using my home cinema suround dvd player and speakers for this. do i need a seperate amp for speakers for this digital mixer as it looks like there are speaker ports in the back of the mixer. just need to find the right speakers that will fit as the ports are big. can anyone give me any advice on this?. someone out there with the same mixer will hopefully know the answer to this question, but other people are welcome to give there professional opinions IF they know the answer. i have read the instructions but they are in a different language.

  1. The speaker sockets out of the mixer are probably 1/4 inch jack and i take it, its a powered mixer so if you are using your home cinema speaker system you need to use only the speakers and nothing else or you could blow the s**t out of your cinema amp. So on the speakers you need to solder 1/4 inch jacks to the end of the speaker leads then plug them into your mixer and a way you go.

email me if you have anymore problims.
