  1. You shouldn't need one, brought an Italian girl here and she didn't have one.

  2. If you Italian citizen, you DO NOT need a visa.

All it depends your nationality. Check with the school you want to go, they will be able to help you in this regard.

  3. I suppose it may also depend on your citizenship, anyway, you can look at this site (multilanguage)

    http://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/en/home/topi...

[Remember Switzerland is *not* part of the European Union, anyway]

  4. The place of residence does not matter - it is your nationality. Since Switzerland is not a member of EU, you'd need a valid passport to enter. You might need a student visa depending on your nationality, but regardless of that you'd need to apply for a residence permit.

  5. you must have one as switzerland as well as the uk did not sign the shengen visa

  6. Get on your car (plane-whatever) and go, they will check on you so take your ID with you. Thats all you need. School? apply first to a Italian spoken school, see the fees and good luck!
