  1. if you have been told you cannot get a visa in time that should have answered your question. IF IT WAS ME I WOULD TRAVEL AND TAKE THE CHANCE. Just fill in the form for immigration and dont mention the small lapse you had when you were 15 and on the balance of probabilties you should be ok. as someone as already said the offence was committed under the age of eighteen

  2. i dont know the answer to your question. but if you did that in saudi arabia you would have your hands cut off so you would probably not have done it in the first place, please think about it?

  3. If you have a british passport, then all you need to complete is a holiday form when you arrive at the airport.

  4. I'm not really sure i think you have to have a visa, I had one when I went to new york but that was a while ago. I don't think your shoplifting will matter if it was a first offence.

  5. You do not need a visa as long as you have the new type of passport with a bar code.

  6. Not worry..it was petty..not likely yo hold u back

  7. If you are British you do not need a visa at all.

  8. You do not need a visa.

The Visa Waiver rules say that you must apply for a visa rather than use the VW if you have a criminal record or other condition making you ineligible for a visa.

However, you are not ineligible for a visa.  The Immigration and Nationality Act says that you are not ineligible if you were convicted of a single crime if

"the crime was committed when the alien was under 18 years of age, and the crime was committed (and the alien released from any confinement to a prison or correctional institution imposed for the crime) more than 5 years before the date of application for a visa or other documentation and the date of application for admission to the United States,"

  9. no you do not need it at all
