Do i need a visa to enter japan?

I AM FROM HONDURAS,DO I NEED A VISA TO ENTER JAPAN,AND IF NOT,ONCE I AM ALREADY IN,HOW CAN I GET A WORK VISA ONCE IN JAPAN,IF POSSIBLE,OR DO I HAVE TO GO BACK TO MY HOME COUNTRY?

  2. Honduras has a visa examption with Japan. You can stay for 3 months as a tourist (no working).

    Once you have secured a job with an employer in Japan, they will give you documents to take to your local immigration office to be issued a work visa. If you don't obtain this work visa (it can be denied) then you will have to return to your home country or face deportation.

  3. yes you do and your also never able to be a resident there becouse thats how they want it lol.

    its very hard to get any job in japan with out there standard  test which are very hard to pass and time consuming
