Me and my friend (Age 16 and 15) would like to visit some friends in the US for ONE(1) week with return tickets back to england.

We have a chipped passport and we dont have any criminal records or any health problems. Do we require a visa and what forms/where to apply because im totally confused

Dates we go, Aug1st - Aug 9th.

  1. If you have British passports then you can use the VWP.

    The links will explain.

  2. Go to this site:

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

  3. No you don't need a visa a valid passport is sufficient. Have fun

  4. You need a visa to work here and stay for an extended period, but I don't think you need a visa to visit, and if its only one week I'm sure you can arrange it, although I'll warn you, outside the major cultural centers, there is nothing to see.  If I had to reccomend a place to see, you should probably stick with the east coast.  That is where most U.S. history is but I'll warn  you, parts of the east coast will make you feel as if though you never left England.

    hope that helps.

  5. Check our State Dept. Website.

  6. No, you don't need a visa
