Do i need a visa to visit canada for a week? if coming from Australia

I want to go to Canada for around a week or 2 , to visit a friend but i was just wondering if i need a visa ?

any other info about traveling to Canada would be appreciated..

I dont think so , when u will go to canada in airport they give u visa for travel .

Sure you need a visa, they give you a travellers visa when you arrive providing you have filled out the forms while your on the plane correctly and aren't packing weed in your body board bag.

Other tips, good place to go in our winter unless you like the snow and cold.

if you travel on an australian passport you do not need a visa to visit canada for up to 6 months

Search through google.com  for "Canadian embassy". The results of your search would lead to the address of Canadian embassy in your country with corresponding website. Click on the website. Find the topic "visiting Canada". Click on it. In there, you will find the item on temporary visitors of Canada.

No, you do not need a Visa to enter Canada if you are an Australian citizen. You'll need a passport of course. Hope the link provides further help :).

I don't know if this is related in anyway or not, but my husband just went to Canada on business (from U.S.) and needed a passport.
