when i was over there it was really weird. at the atm's it doesn't matter what credit card company you have the atms over there are just weird. parisians have little chips in their cards and so it won't let u use american ones. but i'm pretty sure you can use american cards at currency change areas. all i kno is that things are very odd over there.
