Do i need a visa to visit italy for 10 days i am actually on student visa in ireland ?

at my college they say i dont need one , the ireland visa should be ok

  1. If you are a resident in Ireland you shouldn't need a visa... I wasn't sure whether you could on a student visa but if your college says you don't then you probably don't.
