Do i need a visa to visit usa?

i am from the philippines and i am now living in england with my british husband. i have indefinite leave to remain stamped in side my passport. i am intending to travel to the usa to visit my sister with my family. my question is, do i need a visa to visit her in the usa, if so how do i apply for one?

  2. You will get a 90 day visa when you enter the US.

  3. you should look at the USA embassy website.

    You may not need one, the British don't, however from January everyone travelling to the USA has to fill in an immigration form either with the airline you bought the tickets or with the embassy. It asks for passport details and where you are staying etc.The form has to be completed not later than three days before the travel date.
