Do i need a visa to work as a model in the USA?

if i do what kind of papers do i need? does the modeling agency or employer apply for me?

  1. For working as a model, you need H1B visa. Your employer will petition you by filing I-129 with Labor Condition Certified by Department of Labor. Once the petition is approved, you apply visa. Good luck!
