  1. Yes. You need a visa to work in any foreign country.


  2. It depends on where you're from and where you want to work. If you're from the EU, you have the right to live and work in other countries within the EU. If you're from outside the EU, you will need a visa - note that there isn't a visa that would allow you to work in multiple countries, you'd need an appropriate visa from each individual country. There may be other requirements in addition to the visa. for example, here in Italy, you would also need an appropriate Permesso di Soggiorno that allows you to stay and work in Italy.
