  1. If your asking about coming to the U.S. then you need a visa to enter to work.

Your company should be applying for the visa and paying the fees for the visa.  they have to answer some questions why they want to bring you here for work.

A couple sites where you can check on this, and even follow your employers application.

    www.uscis.gov/

    www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menui....

  2. Be specific. What are you talking about are you invited by employer to work for them in a different country? If they want you they should be able to advise you and give you a clear guideline about work visa to specific country as each country have different immigration law and work visa category. Spartan

  3. no, you do not need an agency for that , the employer is the one doing all the papers for you :

Q : How does one apply?

H-1B status requires a sponsoring U.S. employer. The employer must file a labor condition application (LCA) with the Department of Labor attesting to several items, including payment of prevailing wages for the position, and the working conditions offered. The employer must then file the certified LCA with a Form I-129 petition plus accompanying fee of $130. (Prior to FY2004, employers were required to submit an additional $1,000 fee to sponsor the H-1B worker, unless specifically exempt.) Based on the USCIS petition approval, the alien may apply for the H-1B visa, admission, or a change of nonimmigrant status.

For additional information on employer’s filing needs, please visit the Department of Labor’s Foreign Labor Certification page.

so, he is the one who will do all :-)
