Do i need any specific visa to go to dublin?

I am not an eu passport holder, and i am on a working holiday visa.

Not sure if you're talking about coming here to work - be warned that EU and Irish citizens have automatic rights to work but no EU don't.  You need to apply for a work permit and even then its not gaurenteed.

Where are you from?  Rules and regulations regarding entry requirements differ according to your country of origin.  Its important to note that Ireland is not part of Schengen.
