    then there is no guarentee.

    who has custody legally, no simple arrangements will do

    if the mother has full custody then you will not get residency for the child.

    I personally have nothing against immigration but it is causing too much racial conflict here. Why don't you move to another european country and give us a bit of slack here?

    People bringing in children just to build up their Numbers and MAKE WELFARE CLAIMS in the names of Children . Some Fosterring individuals are making a mint by such claims.

    It could be on a gigantic scandle by professional  swindlers

  6. more details pls. you do not need to be a british citizen to get a child, but you must have legal stay here in UK. then what is important is that you will be able to show that you can support him financially without getting funds from the government.
