  1. I think you would need permission from the pub landlord and they would need permission from their brewery and maybe the council.

  3. more than likely - they will want licence money from you, it's another stealth tax under the "elf n safety" rubbish this government is pushing...like we are unable to take care of our selves and need the nanny state to do it for us!

  4. normally would be up to the pub owners as it is private land not council land  but you might need a tempoary trading licence ?

    best to call council and ask what if anything is needed

    in order for you to hold  boot sale

  5. if i remember rightly you can hold 14? sales a year without the  need for planing permission check with your locale envirmental health best of luck
