Do i need permission for a cctv camera in my garden

I have rabbits in my garden its all enclosed but i want to install a cctv camera to be safe. I am a council tenant do i need to get permission?

  4. Why do you need a camera installed if you already know it's the rabbits? So what if you see them what are you going to do to stop them. Rabbits are camera shy. You need to use something to deter, repel, or trap them. If the neigbor sees the camera facing them they are probably assuming you are watching them. I would hold off on installing the camera but if you do choose to do it I would get permission first so as not to waste your money on the camera and not be able to install it and that way if anyone asks why you have the camera there they know what it is for.

  5. If it's not your house, you need permission for any modification and fixture to the house.
