  1. just dont tell anyone. if the council asks, just say your livin in your parents house.

  2. won't they let you live in the house?

  3. store it there and dont tell anyone you are living in it thats what i would do, my mate did the same lived in a caravan at his parents for years he never had any trouble.

  4. just do it and keep quiet and be discreet. lots of people get a way with it unless some unpleasant person reports them.

  5. If the law is the same as in the UK then yes you need permission.

You can store a caravan at your home address without permission but you need to apply for permission to make it a residence.

  6. Are you a knacker or a traveller? If you are then you're above the law. All of those ******* knackers are above the law..

  7. in mainland uk it is fine to 'sleep' in the caravan so long as it is within the garden, and you dont have a toilet and state that you dont cook there (just take the gas bottle out of kitchen. kettle is fine). in other words it is classed as a temporary spare bedroom rather than as a separate residence an so does not require planning permission.

i had a 30 foot bus in the field behind my parents for 2 years until i was grassed up, the council chap told me the above details then.
