  1. You may have mild bi-polar disease. A lot of people have it to some extent. You are super happy and then out of the blue for no real reason you just feel like c**p. Maybe it would help just to talk to someone like a counselor  who doesn't know you, to help you get an outsiders point of view. If they think that you have a real problem they may send you to a psychiatrist for more help. Either way, talking to someone wouldn't hurt. I hope you feel better.

  2. Advice: Therapists are a rip off...

Just get out and maybe do something that brings back happy memories... something simple

One day I was down in the dumps and I went out and bought a box of fruity pebbles - I felt like a kid again... eating a cereal I haven't had in years and solving the puzzles on the back...

  3. If you are unwilling or scared to seek professional help perhaps you should talk with your family and see if they are willing to help with your situation. If they are careless then see a doctor. Hope my opinion helps.

  4. It is not unusual for people to have bouts of depression. When it is ongoing that is the time to seek help. When your feelings go from "sometimes" to "all the time" that is your key.

  5. Yes I think talking to somebody and your feelings would make you feel much better of a person, then you always have somewhere to run when the goin gets tough! Feel better && Get better!

  6. You need to go and talk to someone, petal.

If you're feeling down, there's nothing worse than keeping it to yourself.

Maybe medication is the answer, maybe trying herbal supplements would work for you better, or perhaps a talking therapy like cognitive-behavioural therapy would work.

There are so many options out there that could really help you, it makes sense to nip this in the bud and get on with living a happy and healthy life :)

  7. I would strongly suggest discussing this with your doctor. Depression is not that uncommon and can be treated. Good luck

  8. if you want to stay alone all the time I suggest to get medical help

  9. probably although i do too im messed up in my own way as well

  10. i think i feel that way too sometimes. i think everyone does once in a while. we all just want to be loved and have acceptance from other people to feel like we belong.

  11. possibly...

But I have a cure for you!!!

I used to be depressed a lot, but I'm not anymore!

Wanna know what I used as a cure? Guinea pigs! Seriously, I'm not kidding. I got them last year and I'm happy everyday...and when I'm sad or angry or have a breakdown...I turn to my guinea pigs and they make me feel so good! They cuddle me and l**k me and stuff :)

They don't bite, they are very affectionate, mine almost never pee on me, they are social, usually well-behaved, soft, and more like little bunnies than rats! There like inbetween a lagamorph and a rodent...

My friends kittens died, and my guinea pigs cured her depression! Also, my 68 yr old first-cousin-once-removed has bad depression...but I sent her pictures of my guinea pigs and even on them and that actually helped to cure it!

So, my advice: get a pet, probably a loving guinea pig :)  (as long as ur depression won't let you hurt it or anything).

    Good luck :)

  15. Yes, start with your primary care doctor or find a good psychiatrist.  A psychiatrist is really the best quialified to treat your symptoms.

  16. we all go through our ups and downs, instead of seeing a proffesional, go back something that you used to love when u were a child. just take a few days off of work, go to the beach, a themepark, or just stay home and read your favorite book or watch your favorit movie.

  17. Smithfield Ham

  18. In my opinion, yes.  Find a psychologist with whom you're comfortable.  Talking out these problems can be very healing.

  19. Nah, it happens to everyone even cheerful ol' me. Did u just break up with someone or something or confused about something, that's the only time i get blue.

  20. everyone has 'down days' and moods. You need to focus on loving yourself and train yourself to think positive thoughts about yourself and life in general... that will boost your mood.

  21. yes please get help

  22. Anytime you are feeling low like this, you need to do something about it.  Whether or not you need "professional" help is something nobody else can tell you.  You really have to look at the whole situation, which only you can truly know, and decide whether this is something that probably temporary or maybe something more serious.  All in all, the general rule of thumb is that it's better to get help and not need it than to not get help and end up needing it.

If you choose not to go the professional route, there are lots of things you can do to help yourself.  Start with a good multi-vitamin that contains all of the B vitamins.  Get more excersize (endorphins are natural uppers), and keep yourself in a steady sleep routine of no more or less than 7-9 hours a night.  Avoid alcohol or too much sugar or caffeine.  Alcohol is a natural depressant and the post-sugar and post-caffeine crashes can be especially horrible in someone who is already down.

Even if you're a natural loner, try not to be alone too much.  Take a walk around a store or through a park.  Just being around other people can make a huge difference when you feel empty.

  23. Yeah, I'd go

  24. yes, before it turn into something more serious. talk to a close friend, your parents, because they surely care about you. And be careful asking this question for anyone, because there was a brazilian boy who was depressed, and lonely and he ask people online what to do, and those people told him to kill himself, and he was so depreseed that he did it.

so go and take care off you.

  25. If you feel that it's affecting your daily routine (in other words, keeping you from doing the things you normally do) then it would be a good idea to talk to someone.

Ask yourself if this has happened before and what you did to get over it, Also, try to keep busy with activities you find fun.
