If your address concern is related to receiving your rebate, then yes you can call and check.  Also you can do an address change over the phone.  But if you are not concerned about receiving your stimulus rebate and you don't owe any taxes, then you need to complete Form 8822 - "Request for Change of Address".  You can find this form at www.irs.gov. and goto "Forms and Publications".

You need to TELL then about it if you are still expecting any checks.  Otherwise it will be updated next year when you file your return.
