  1. you only need a d&c if everything did not pass i'm sorry for your losses we too lost ours in july didn't conceive this month but we are still trying so just have the dr. to see if everything came out before asking for a d&c and i hope God bless you in the future

  2. he should of been been monitor you with hcg levels, but i would assume you probally can do it nnaturallyagain,if your cconcerned i would ask? and i would wait the 2-3 cycles so your body heals

    iI'msorry

  3. You should have a D & C, I have had 5 miscarriages and if you haven't lost the tissue yourself, you will know if you have you need to have it done. There will be tissue left from the miscarriages, ask you doctor and then find another OB. Doesn't sound like yours if on the ball with things..

  4. Sorry for your loss and wish you success in the future. If you bled after both spontaneous abortions then you should have passed any tissue (though at five weeks I don't think there'd be a lot) a D&C is done if you're further along. Really if you did need one it would probably be a D&E. I'd ask the doctor if he thought I needed to do one however if he hasn't said you do......And for the poster above an Ob Gyn makes more money for a full term pregnancy than for a SA so it's not that her doctor isn't on the ball since her body is aborting early she more than likely doesn't need one.
