Do i need to be a college grad to be able to take the exam for real estate broker?

i am a filipina and i wanna take the exam soon. im not yet done with college. what are the basic requirements?

No, but you should take a course in real estate at your local community college.

Those tests are difficult and cover a lot of legalities.  You do not need a degree or license to be an "investment councellor".  (This is usually a scam selling investments in property located in the Flordia swamps or the Arizonia deserts.)
