Do i need to be a ten finger typer to get a job in a callcenter industry?

That probably depends on the individual company hiring you. Most people these days don't type like secretaries in the 1950's, and even many executives use the two-finger typing method.  My guess is that as long as you can prove proficiency and accuracy in your particular typing style, you should do fine.
