  1. 5"3 and 106-107lbs....I think this is pretty much a perfect weight. Yes you are skinny, but not in a scary skinny way. To maintain your weight, you need to figure out how active you are. If you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose even more. Do it the other way around and you will gain. The body needs 1200 calories just to function, so your intake will definitely have to be above this number to stop you from losing. Decide how active you are - do you still go running alot? Do you do extra sport? If you do then your intake will need to be even higher to stop you from losing more weight. I suggest if you are active then you eat around 1700-1800 calories. Use a scale, if you find yourself losing then raise your intake, and if you find yourself gaining more then you would like to, then lower your intake a bit. It shouldn't be too hard. Good luck, it sounds like you have an amazing figure to keep!

  2. your bmi is 19.0 which is not underweight your weight is fine, unless you are doing unhealthy things to keep that weight then it is fine

  3. try  this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It

gives  you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you
