Do i need to get a visa for the uk, italy and paris. i'm a u.s. permanent resident but not a citizen?

this is actually in regards to a friend. she wants to accompany me to europe but she is not a u.s. citizen. she is a u.s. resident but is a Filipino citizen. i went to spain when i was a filipino resident and had to obtain a visa from the spanish consulate. i'm wondering if the same applies to uk, italy and france.

  2. Yes, she needs a visa for each of those.  You can verify this by using the site below. Just enter her nationality, enter that she is an alien resident of the U.S.A., enter the destination and l**k for the info.
