Do i need to get permission to make a official website for a cricketer?

hi there,i was just wondering if i have to get permission from the Sri lankan cricket board to make a official website for a sri lankan cricket player

if u want to make it official.. then u have to get permission from Sri board.. obvious thing

If it is OFFICIAL you need both a licence and the permission of the player, as far as I know, but I don't know for sure if this is true for sri lanka.

I'd recommend an unofficial approach to the matter
