Do i need to go back to my country (philippines) to get my papers and get married here US?

i am filipino citizen and i applied my US visa in japan and they give me B1 visa and good for 10 years to visit states.and now im gonna get married and i just wanna asks what i need to do and how to get a residence visa and can work here in US?
