  1. Only for the ice machine, if there is one on your model.

  2. no just plug it into the wall

  3. no, it will work, but  you will not be able to use the ice maker (obviously).

  4. Are you asking ,do you need to hook up the water line for the ice maker .. in order for the refridgerator to run?   If yes..   NO... you do not need to hook up the water line for the fridge to work....

  5. NOT FOR THE REFRIG TO WORK BUT YOU DO IF WANT ICE TO COME OUT

  6. Only if you want the ice maker to work. That's all the water line is for, unless you have a cold water tap on the frig too. It has nothing to do with the normal operation of the frig or freezer.

  7. The fridge will work without the water line on if you want ice maker to rk you have to have the water line on the fridge connected. cheers

  8. only if u want ur ice maker to work if u do have one that is.  if u have one and dont hook it up it will still run so be sure to turn it off (see instructions) all are different. if u dont turn it off u will hear a slight motor sound thats the ice maker trying to make ice its not that smart YET! if u do hook it up i would recomend a plastic or pvc line the copper can break

  9. WHAT IS THIS A TRICK QUESTION. Seriously the water line does not have to be hooked up in order for the refrigerator and freezer to work. However if you want the ice maker to work it go to be connected to a water supply.

  10. If you want ice yes. Your fridge will keep the food cold with or without the water line.

  11. im not sure but i think thats only for the ice maker...??
