  1. you dont need a house to emigrate only the age limit and not having a good skill would usually stop you so you should be ok,go for it mate get out of this dump . im a welder too and i left it to late for my age !

  2. The only financial requirement that you need to meet for Australian immigration is that you are able to set yourself up without depending on the state- ie, that you are not destitute. They almost never ask for proof of this as the presumption would be as a skilled worker you will have access to enough cash to "tide you over" while you settle in oz. What they don't want is you landing on monday and turning up to the benefits office on tuesday.

The only exception to this is Business Skills visas, for people intending to buy and operate a business in Australia. Applicants for these visas need to have proof of substantial funds.

  3. owning a home has no effect on immigrating, you need to be a skilled worker in an occupation australia needs and pass the points test

it can be a long process

  4. i think you need to have enough money to buy a home and extra to keep you going, you need a certain amount in the bank, to prove you won't be scrounging

  5. As long as you have enough money to buy a home there
