  1. Wind up,tell them if they hear you playing radio again that they have to pay also, otherwise nothing really happened.

  2. Yes... Keep playing it and let me know which court you will be appearing at.

  3. WELL I NEVER! NOW I CAN GO TO SLEEP KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TO PLAYING YA RADIO AT YA WORK PLACE!

  4. well yes you do need to pay, but if it is just you and two work mates, all of you keep your gob shut, and if caught act daft and say you have never heard of this you will not be fined, but will there fore after have to pay or remove the radio

    regards x kitti x

  5. I'm not entirely sure! I wouldn't say so if its just a workshop but if you were playing music in a shop of any kind i think you are technically required to pay some sort of fee as it is argued that your 'broadcasting' could be an attempt to entice customers

  6. They're serious about the need for a licence (pointless, stupid etc I know..) but 'back money' ?? I think they'd have to prove the time you've spent playing the radio up till now, and how are they going to do that?

  7. yes, u need to get a music license... my other half has just opened up his own shop, and he has no employess, however he still has to pay for a music licensel..

u can apply for one from pprs...

  8. yes you need to purchase a licence and they can prosecute if you dont have one
