do i need a boating licence for a rubber/ infatable dinghy when i take it on the river severn.

  1. no but you need to go to college to brush up on your spelling


  2. over ten feet and got an engine , you need it, water ways licence for the year £52,or you can nominate a month of use cost £12 under ten feet and rowing not required

Whether it's inlatable or infatable, I should think using ANYTHING of that nature on the Severn would be extremely risky unless you know EXACTLY  what you're doing, and seeing as you are asking about a license you are obviously NOT well experienced. Please bear this in mind before you proceed any further ! ! !

  5. Dont think so, the severn is free waterway. But fishermen may shout at you if you choose the worng spot and you cant just get in and out anywhere you like  - cos someone owns the land if not the water!
