Do i need to take SATs for Parsons Paris (fashion design)?

Question

I live in Canada, and we are not required nor prepared to takethe SAT's here. I want to however attend Parson (paris would be the better choice) and i need to know wether the Parsons in paris requires me to write the SAT's. I'd understand if the school in New York requires SAT's...but is it different in Europe? I cannot any information about this on their website...

and if it is required to take the SATs for this school what are the scores needed?

Applicants for the BFA, BBA, Certificate and Visiting Student Program for whom English is not their native language must submit results of either the TOEFL exam (the Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System). The minimum scores required are: 92 on the TOEFL Ibt test or 6.5 band score on the IELTS. Those whose scores fall between 60 and 91 on the TOEFL Ibt or 5.5 and 6 on the IELTS will be considered for entry with English as Second Language required (see special Condition Admissions section on page 43 for more information).
