  1. There are ads by the drug industry  on Canadian tv right now advising shots for hep A &B.  Nothing is required by Cuba and I've never bothered.   It's up to you.

  2. No vaccinations needed. I never heard of any documents and I am travelling to Cuba since 1990.

Some sources advice hepatitis shots but there's no obligation.

When you're sexual active with Cubans watch out for HIV.

Good practice is to take a small first aid kit with you including  anti diarrhoea ( Immodium ) and anti biotics.

There are farmacies for foreigners in Havana Miramar but most farmacacies for cubans have a very limited stock.

  3. Your travel agency should be able to advise you as to what you might need.  I believe a hepatitis inoculation to be on the safe side and possibly something for malaria although Cuba takes very good care of mosquito control.  If you have a pre-existing medical condition take your meds with you as many prescription drugs are not available in Cuba.

  4. No you don't need any special vaccinations when going to Cuba. There are no health restrictions nor vaccinations requirements.

"You don't need any vaccinations to travel to Cuba, unless you are coming from a region with cholera or yellow fever, in which case the Cuban authorities will require proof of immunization."
