Do i need to upgrade my electrical service?

Question

I have a 200 amp electrical service. I want to install a tankless h2o heater. it requires a double pole 60 amp breaker. Can I install the 60 amp without increasing my house service?

Well to tell you the truth anything you add to your home(electrity wise) will raise your housing bills. But if you replace that bulb with an engery smart bulb that should help with your problem.

Always have a qualified electrician look at it.

200 amps is plenty for a single family home, even all electric.

Never take anything for granted.
