Do i need transit visa going to beijing?

im going to novosibirsk,russia.my flight is manila-beijing then on the following day i fly to novosibirsk.i will stay at beijing airport for 19hours.my quesyion is do i need a transit visa or not?i want to make sure because im afraid what might be happen with me in beijing.

I would recommend calling your airline. I'm not sure what airline you are flying on, so I have included two.

I think that you are in a grey area here.  You definitely need to talk to the airline and ask for your particular information. You do not need a visa to be in transit.  However,19 hours is a long time to be in the airport and you should make sure there  is no time limit for the transit lounge.  There very well could be.
