  1. i dont maybe!!!!!!!

  2. I don't believe they take that into consideration at all.

  3. The second kid automatically gets less. I think the first child gets something like 20 percent of the annual income and then the second one gets like 5. sorry I don't know the exact numbers but i know that the second child from another women gets less of a percent of his income. its messed up i know. sorry. good luck.

  4. You ARE entitled to 50 Percent of whatever he makes. Her support will be cut down. They can't give to one child and not the other!

I was in the same situation when I had my oldest daughter. He was already paying child support to his other 2 children. When I filed for support his ex got mad because her support went down. I actually got more for my 1 daughter than she did for her 2 kids. It was because i was paying so much out of my pocket for health insurance for her.

  5. well, here in texas they are only required to use 1/3 of each paycheck... and that would be split with all children that he is filed to pay for... in this case that would mean you get about 300 for your child. I am not too sure what the law is where you are, but something is better then nothing.

  6. No you won't get as much they take the fact he is paying already in to consider ration because he needs to live.  A matter of fact after you take him to court he can go and have the other one reduced because he is now paying for your child

  7. Child support is based on the mother and father's income and bills like rent, utlites, medical and other bills.  The child support for the first child will be reduced but not by much and you won't recieve as much as the other mother gets.  That is if he pays the child support at all.   My bf pays his ex-wife child support $83 a week for one child.  $20 of that is for back child support.

  8. Any other children he has will be taken into consideration.  Its likely that your child will get a small percentage less than his first.  However, its also possible that they could re-do his child support completely to make it as even as possible between the two.  It just depends on your state and his situation.  Until you see the paperwork, I wouldn't "expect" any certain amount.

My best friends husband has two children that he was paying child support for.  When they had children of their own, the child support was re-evaluated because he then had 4 children to be responsible for instead of just 2.
