Do i qualify for a hardship Lisence?

Im 17 years old and i have two kids. Both my parents work. i have no form of transportation incase of an emergency.

  1. At 17 you qualify to get a regular license.  And no, in most states that wouldn't be enough to get you a hardship license.


  2. Every state has different rules and regs, but most of the time it comes down to some head hauncho's decision.

    I think you would stand a chance at qualifying. Call you local dmv (and they will give you a phone number for one the "main" offices). Also, in some states you have to go through a court to prove your hardship. It may cost you a little bit of extra money.
