  2. Chances are that you do. Visit your states' Medicaid website. Most states have qualification information posted and some even allow you to apply online.

  4. It depends on your HOUSEHOLD income, and the number of people in your household, so you didn't give enough information for an answer.  But Medicaid is also a state by state program - so it might not cover any mental health issues in your state - or it might not cover any prescriptions.
