Do i really need to talk to my dr.?

i am asking because i don't think i should! well let's start with... i hate the way i look. i feel fat. i am fat. that is part of the reason i stop eating because i think i can lose weight if i stop eating. this been going on for like 2 months... if i eat i eat a meal a day or nothing at all. i am 13. 5 feet tall and weight 124 pounds or less... i use to weight about 2 months ago 138 pounds. when people say i got skinny i was happy. but i still don't feel that i lost a lot of weight yet! i see my dr. this Thursday and i just want to know should i tell him what is going on or no. and what do you think he will say?

  1. Yes you should talk to your doc and he can help you figure out a diet routine.

    Just remember this. When you just stop eating as much instead of feeding off the fat your body already has stored it goes into defensive mode. So instead it will start to store all the fat's you do eat instead of burning them off.

    Research  and talk to your dr about the 5 mini meals diet. Or just research some other diet methods, and tell your doc what you think sounds like you will best follow and then ask him his opinion as to wich diet may be best for you. Going prepared will help a lot.

  3. Are you sure you are 13.5 ft tall?t that's awfully tall.  Then 124 lbs  is quite underweighed for a tall guy.  You just have a poor perception of your self as being fat.  No, you are not fat by every stretch of the imagination.
