    Did you notify the staff?

    Do you have witnesses?

    Did you go to the hospital and have it documented?

    Did you call the "department of Agriculture or the FDA?

    If you say "Yes" to all these things, then you have a very strong winnable case.

    Otherwise, it may end up costing you money.
