Do i suffer from anxiety?

ive always hated eating around people i know and if i feel nervous i put my hand over my mouth its not all the time but recently it has been worse and when i have caffiene i feel ill, scared and i freaked out at things that are not that big a deal. i have never been really confident but if theres something i can do about it it would be great, i have also been told by a friend i have anxiety so i thought i should find out

  2. yes my darling u have anxiety-ive had it for about 6 or 7 years and it can lessen-u just have 2 find out what the triggers are.youd be surprised that i was scared of traffic lights and walking across roads with cars waiting coz id imagin the people in the cars were talking about me-i still get a bit panicky but i push myself

  3. most people have some sort of anxiety at times - it is very common.  Stay away from caffeine as it can cause you to be agitated and anxious.  Remember, that you are not alone - many people get social anxiety.  Try and focus on enjoying yourself and on other people rather than how you are feeling.  If you start to label yourself as suffering with anxiety, it will just become a focus for you and get worse.
