Do i take a music player of a good company or an average company but with better facilities.

If you feel comfortable with the company standing behind their product go with the features you'll use the most.  A liberal return policy is nice if you aren't happy with the product you can always return it.  We need trailblazers!  Somebody has to check these lesser known manufacturers and see if they're the next up and coming "Trend."  If you're not comfortable being a trailblazer, go name brand.
