Do i use my workers comp as income when finding a health plan for me and my wife

because if i dont use my income and only my wifes we would qualify for low income which is cheaper per month right now her payment at work is going up to 225.00 a week

  2. When you're shopping for health insurance, or looking at buying a "health plan" (which, btw, doesn't pay anything, it's only a LIST you're buying), income is irrelevant.

    If you're applying for welfare health insurance, then yes, workers comp counts as income.

  4. No, workers comp is not "income" it is an insurance payment. When buying a health plan, if you do not have a job or any source of income you should be classified as unemployed.
